That's Jim Hand's GTO wagon! You should read the build on that car. It's daily driveable and does 11's in the quarter mile, completely ridiculous.

I'll look for it, but he also uses it as an example in the book he wrote on building well-performing Pontiac engines.
EDIT: Found a link! Here , site hasn't been updated in a rather long time, but I doubt much has changed on the car.
